Refund policy
Happiness is a wagging tail, and at Chewy Chews our mission is to make you and your dog 100% tail wagging for our products.
All items may be refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition (unopened/unused). No refunds/replacements will be issued if the item has been tampered with.
Postage costs on all refunds will be at the expense of the purchaser unless Chewy Chews are at fault and an agreement has been reached.
Each return and refund will be treated as an individual case and the outcome will be at Chewy Chews discretion.

Please note, you must contact us directly before returning an item. Please ensure you have your order number available and proof of purchase. We will then provide the details on how to correctly administer your return. Failure to follow the return instructions may result in us not being able to refund or replace your item.
If you receive an incorrect item, please email us at customerservice@chewychews.com.au with your order number and proof of purchase and we will assess the outcome to the individual case.
If the treat is not perceived as advertised, please email us at customerservice@chewychews.com.au with photos, your order number and proof of purchase and we will assess the outcome to the individual case. Please note, as all our treats are 100% natural, each piece is unique in colour, size and shape.
If you have received a faulty item from Chewy Chews, please email us at customerservice@chewychews.com.au with your order number and proof of purchase and we will assess the outcome to the individual case.
In the event of a genuine error resulting from our IT systems, websites and or team members, Chewy Chews reserve the right to provide a full refund based on the circumstance of each individual case.
