Chewy Chews is packed and sent directly from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.
Free Shipping and Capped Shipping
Australian Retail:
- Chewy Chews offer free shipping on all retail orders $300.00 and above Australia wide. For all orders under $300.00, $12 (including GST) is charged for shipping.
- Our preferred shipping partners are Aramex and Australia Post; however, we reserve the right to seek out the best provider for each individual order.
- Should you wish to arrange your own courier, please contact us at orders@chewychews.com.au.
Wholesale:
- Free shipping and capped shipping are not available for wholesale orders. Shipping for wholesale customers is charged at cost.
International Retail:
- Free shipping and capped shipping are not available on international orders. Please use our shipping calculator at the checkout to calculate expected shipping.
Delivery:
- Please Note: Chewy Chews orders are delivered via registered couriers who will leave your parcel in a safe place on your property if no-one is home. Should you wish to opt for signature authority to leave, please leave a note requesting this at checkout.
- If your parcel is being delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your business name and any delivery instructions.
- IMPORTANT: by proceeding with this purchase you are accepting full responsibility and liability should your package be lost in transit or after delivery. However, Chewy Chews will make every attempt to assist you should this occur.
Delivery Timeframes:
- Our standard dispatch time is within 1-2 business days, however, please allow 7 days to receive your parcel.
- An allowance for delays should also be considered for public holidays, sale events and promotional items.
Tracking:
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number to check your parcel’s status.
